Services. Depending on your budget and where you are in your planning stages will govern your choice of services.

 

From Engagement to "I Do" --Standard, Deluxe, Platinum

Many people need guidance on where to start, how to select the best vendors, how to create a budget, and how to turn your dream wedding into a reality. Fees for these service's start at $2,000.00

These package's include “Day of Coordination” services as well as unlimited emails & phone calls, day-of-wedding coordination, vendor meetings, site selection, one-on-one monthly planning sessions and more.

Focus Areas:

v  Creating a detailed and realistic budget

v  Design of the wedding (décor, color scheme, invitations, cake selection and much more)

v  Coordination of vendor selection for the ceremony and reception (caterer, photographer, entertainment, florist, etc.)

v  Review of all vendor contracts and tracking payments to vendors

v  Assistance with selection of wedding apparel, gift bags for out-of-town guests, guest accommodations and wedding favors

v  Stationary development and production

 

 

Day-Of Coordination – 3 Months prior to “I Do”  

Day-of coordination is for the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding, but simply needs someone to oversee the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Fees for this service start at $1,500.00

 

This package includes:

Planning Ahead:

v  Site inspection of ceremony and reception site to understand your plans and vision

v  Confirm with all vendors and review vendor contracts

v  Direct your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party

v  Creating and providing entire wedding party with a wedding day itinerary

Wedding Day:

v  Coordinate and organize details with all vendors

v  Oversee complete setup and cleanup of ceremony and rehearsal sites

v  Oversee proper placements of table cards, wedding favors, cake table, setup of gift table, guest book.

v  Coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting

v  Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding day

 

Individual Services – $40.00 per hour


Individual services are offered when you simply need a little help handling those last minute details or to take over certain areas of planning.

Guest Coordination:

v  Putting together details for local attractions

     and coordinating activities to do while in town

Event/Party Planning:
